Stay warm in the pool with youth and adult swimming
Youth Swim Lessons
Students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. The instructor will work on individual skills based on your child’s level.
Adult Swimming and Lessons
Now’s the time to learn to swim or try out a water exercise class at a Y near you!
Family Fun Swim
Float along to family friendly music and a surprise game or two. Rubber duck races, ring toss, kick board paddle? Who knows what fun will splash up!
