Strength and mobility to fight chronic pain.

EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based fitness class that helps those with arthritis or chronic pain become more active, energized and empowered to sustain independent lives. The class focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and cardio endurance. You’ll move at a pace that is comfortable for you—-it’s never more than you can handle, and the group support will help keep you motivated.

Participants can either sit or stand during the class. EnhanceFitness classes use wrist/ankle weights. A certified instructor, who has completed the EnhanceFitness training, will safely lead the class through an hour of dynamic exercises, three times a week, at a pace that’s right for the participants.
