Don’t let the name fool you, this class is a great way to start your fitness journey at any age! Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to improve strength, range of motion, and daily-living skills. You will use hand-held weights, elastic tubing handles and a ball for resistance, and a chair for seated and/or standing support.

Chair yoga will offer an approachable and relaxed class setting for members. All poses and movements will be done in a seated position, and the instructor will focus on breathing, flexibility, and range of motion exercises. The class will encompass mind, body, and spirit and will leave you feeling refreshed for your day ahead!
