YMCA Best Summer Job Social Ever Media Challenge Phase II
Thank you for a summer of service. Team members like you enable our YMCA to give children the best summer ever, year after year. Today, we invite you to assist the YMCA with recruiting more amazing Y team members like yourself.
To encourage your participation, we are hosting the “I have the best Summer Job Ever at the YMCA” social media challenge, where you could win a $100 gift card.
Challenge Requirements
Step 1 – Make a post
Post a photo or video of yourself on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok and describe why you have the best summer job ever between June 7-30, 2025. Please make sure the post is public.
The post should include:
- Your name
- How many years have you worked at the YMCA
- A brief description of your job responsibilities
- What are 1 to 3 things you love about working at the YMCA
- Link to the YMCA careers page:https://ymcadetroit.org/careers-at-the-ymca/
- Tag your YMCA branch and use the hashtags #BestSummerEver2025 #YMCACampCounselor2025
Step 2 – Share your post
Send the link to your post to Community@ymcadetroit.org. Please place I have the best Summer Job Ever in the subject line.
