How does EGYM work?

The interactive video on the screen walks you through each workout, rep-by-rep, to ensure you have the correct form and duration of the exercise. EGYM helps you get a complete workout each time without counting your reps or sets. Instead of logging your workouts in a journal, you can keep track of them in the app and get an email with your workout information at the end of each workout.

Fun EGYM Features

  • EGYM equipment will automatically adjust to your range of motion and set your workout weight for you when you scan your EGYM wristband.
  • Gamification elements make every workout fun and efficient. Follow along on the screen as EGYM walks you through each movement. This ensures correct form and speed of your movements.
  • Continuous check ins on the equipment help EGYM keep your workouts on track to meet your goals.
