**Saturday December 16th will be a very busy day downtown and at the YMCA, please read carefully and plan your trip ahead of time**
Location & Logistics
Where: The Championship games will be hosted at the Boll Family YMCA in Downtown Detroit located at 1401 Broadway St. The gymnasium is on the Second Floor. Please see parking below for where to park!
When: Game times are located below. Please plan to arrive at the YMCA a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your game time.
Before your game: Please report to the second floor lobby 15 minutes prior to game time
After your game: All athletes will receive a medal. After your game head down to the Marlene Boll Theater located on the first floor to recive your medals and snap some team photos!

Parking
**The Holidays are an exciting time in downtown Detroit! Due to Frozen at the Opera House at 2pm, and the Lions Game moved to Saturday at 8pm, not planning for parking could turn anyone into a real grinch! We have researched some options for you and your family below!**
- Download the Park Detroit App: Here you can find, reserve and pay for parking.
- Find all nearby parking, rates, and distance on ParkMe.com, be sure to check prior to your trip as rates typically go up on event days.
- Take the People Mover for 75 cents! Park along the people mover route at Greektown Casino, Renaissance Center, or other lots throughout downtown.
- Ride the Q-Line for free! Checkout the QLine Park & Ride Special on Home Game Days! You can also park in the Midtown Garage located at 3717 John R, adjacent to Whole Foods Market. We have confirmed that the rate will not change for the game ($3 every 20 minutes up to a $12 max) and it is close walking distance to the Mack Ave QLine Stop.
- Make a Family Fun Day of it and arrive early! MOST lots will not start charging an event rate until 12pm. There’s lots of free family fun happening downtown this weekend. Arrive before noon and explore the city…

There will be lots of holiday fun downtown on Saturday. Make a family Fun day of it and come downtown early, below are free events happening within walking distance of the Boll YMCA. Basketball families are welcome to utilize the locker rooms to store belongings while you explore (please bring you own lock).
- Boll YMCA Holiday Bazaar: Stuff your stockings with goodies and support local businesses at the Boll Y Holiday Bazaar! There will also be fun activities for all ages and the climbing wall will be open!
- Northern Lights at Beacon Park: Beacon Park is undergoing a magical, winter makeover!
- Monroe Street Midway: Experience winter fun at the Midway with the arctic slide, winter bumper cars, an indoor arcade, and puck-putt this holiday season!
- 1001 Winter Wonder Santa Visits: The jolly man in red will be awaiting your visit downtown at 1001 Woodward Ave. this winter season!
- Ice Skating at Campus Martius: Enjoy Ice Skating, pictures by Detroit’s Holiday Tree and take a stroll thorugh the holiday market across the street!
