I know my wife would not say this, so I’m telling her story…

“She is a very lovely mother of five children and had always struggled with knee pain and low energy levels. She would sometimes get sore knees just walking or biking a bit. Exercise was not her thing and she would most certainly NEVER run. She started seeing doctors about her knee and we ended up on physical therapy. After spending lots of money with no results, we decided to give Personal Training a try (last ditch!). We went together and at first I thought she would not like it very much.

I joined the CrossFit group almost immediately but she continued her Personal Training with an awesome Trainer named Holly. She really helped my wife get ready to join the CrossFit group several weeks later. When she joined the group, I was still uncertain she’d stay in it (I was already hooked!). Fast forward almost two years and my wife is almost as faithful and consistent about going to the gym as she is about going to church (and we are pretty active and regular). She recently ran her first four miles without her knees bothering her at all! Her energy levels are much higher, she’s developed her strength a lot and she looks great! I never thought I’d ever see her lift weights or run or do any of the crazy stuff we do at the gym but she has done a great job. I am very proud of her. She works very hard and has improved her fitness, strength, cardio, stamina, and energy levels a great deal! And the only reason she does it is because she likes it a lot (even though it’s painful at times), because she feels great, she is seeing great results and because the trainers make her do it (her words!). Thank you trainers!!”
