Our Ys offer health and well-being classes for youth and teens to help them develop healthy exercise and wellness habits that and maintain a healthier lifestyle as they grow. Our programs promote healthy lifestyles and we encourage the youth to share their experiences with their families.
Kids have fun learning the basics of exercise to include aerobics, strength training, flexibility, balance, and sports. We encourage team building and include fun games and activities to keep kids engaged and moving.
A fun and exciting kids fitness program teaching dance moves from around the world. Dance steps are broken down through games and activities to get your kids moving!
A fun spin off of our Kundalini Yoga involving visualizations, songs, stories, breathing and relaxing techniques and some silly animals noises to match the postures. Youth Yoga is a kid-friendly method to achieve the same benefits as our adult classes: strength, flexibility and a sense of calm and happiness.
