School’s Out Inclusion Camp Ages 5-14

We believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That’s why we are offering an inclusion day experience to children with special needs. Our experienced, caring staff work one-on- one with children to help them to cultivate the values, social skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health, and educational achievement.

Adaptive Yoga Ages 12 & up

Adaptive Yoga classes are designed for individuals with a variety of special needs who are looking for a safe place to experience the multiple benefits of yoga. These benefits would include increased flexibility, greater sense of balance, moderate strengthening, and the ability to be present in themselves in the breath in order to achieve awareness whether in a yoga class or in the world. Yoga postures are made accessible to all students by adapting poses, using props and hands-on support when needed.
