Our yoga classes will help you develop flexibility, strength and balance. By emphasizing symmetry of body and mind, classes will improve your body awareness, helping you live more comfortably.

Yoga Intro

Beginner yoga offers all the benefits of your usual Yoga class. By modifying poses with a yoga block, straps and chairs you can reduce stress and improve flexibility, balance, posture, strength, and mind-body awareness.

Hatha Yoga

This class employs the most widely practiced form of yoga, Hatha. Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. Best for beginners, in this class students will perform poses one at a time with a “rest” in between. More experienced students will be equally challenged. Hatha yoga helps you to develop strength and flexibility, as you bring attention to breath, which helps to calm and to focus the mind.

Vinyasa Yoga

A Vinyasa class consists of breath-synchronized movements that connect to each other in order to create a flow. In contrast to the more athletic, intense style of Ashtanga, Vinyasa emphasizes the link between body movements, along with the powerful use of the breath.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a way for an expecting mother to prepare her body physically for the process of giving birth, while strengthening her connection to her unborn child. This special form of Yoga empowers women by giving them the tools to help with their labor and delivery, teaching exercises that build strength, flexibility and stamina, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques that are specific to the birthing process.

Ashtanga Yoga

This is a vigorous, athletic style of practice. Adhering to the sequences of postures as taught by Yoga Master Pattahbi Jois, Ashtanga is an intense style that will take you through a challenging series of poses that will build strength, flexibility and stamina.

Sunrise/Sunset Asana Yoga

This class will offer the fundamentals of a 1000 year old art form; allowing participants to gently flow from one pose to the next while preparing students for more progressive forms of yoga. All while building strength and flexibility in a calm, and nurturing environment.

Yoga Fusion

A blend of Yoga and Pilates to give students more rapid and balanced development of their bodies than when either discipline is performed independently. The Fusion program emphasizes strength, balance and harmony through stretching exercises and careful body posturing. Designed for beginner to advanced fitness levels.

Kundalini Yoga

as taught by Yogi Bhajan is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, combining meditation, mantra, physical exercises and breathing techniques. It is known as the yoga of awareness, focusing on self awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness. It is for everyone, universal and non denominational.

Healthy Back Yoga

This class will improve your back, breathing & flexibility. If you do suffer from lower back pain this class will be for you. Reduce your pain and improve everything else.

YinVin Yoga

This combination class offers the best of a Yang (active vinyasa) practice and a Yin (passive stretch) practice. Joining the Yin and Yang together is a complete mind and body practice that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Yoga Flow

Move through Asanas using the breath, flowing in and out of the postures or lingering to savor the moment.

Yin Yoga

is a deep, soft, yet challenging practice that focuses on deeper, longer stretching and holding of postures to help open the lower back, hips and sacrum. This guided flowing class helps work with the posture to open and heal sciatica, lower back and hip muscles and joints.

Hatha Yoga

An ancient spiritual practice that involves meditation and focused breathing while an individual moves through a series of stylized postures. Moving with the rhythm of the breath, calming the mind.

Gentle Yoga

A form of classical hatha yoga that is gentler, slower paced practice to make it more accessible to people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. Gentle Yoga removes any fears of challenges in doing yoga, while it also assists with stress reduction and weight management.
