Boomer Cross Training

Boomer Cross Training classes target the Baby Boomer generation at a fitness level that includes some jumping, medium intensity and the ability to come down onto a mat for abdominal work. It combines a set of cardiovascular exercises to raise your heart rate and burn calories while adding resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your muscles.

Total Body Workout

Target all major muscle groups including cardio in this circuit based class.

Cross Training-Sculpt

High and low impact moves are combined in a choreographed routine that allows exercisers to choose their level of intensity. Instructors pull from many disciplines in creating movement patterns including athletics, jazz, dance, hip hop and more. For beginner to advanced fitness levels.

HIIT- (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense exercise with mild recovery periods for maximal Caloric Burn.

VIIT- (Variable Intensity Interval Training)

Cardiovascular exercise that involves short intervals of strength training which improves fat burning and muscular endurance. Class is for all levels.

Cross Training-Cycling

This class is a high-intensity, motivational style fitness class. With the instructor acting in a “drill-sergeant” capacity, the group will go through an intense combination of cardio, strength and balance exercises. Not usually recommended for novice exercisers because of its intensity, boot camp is a rewarding fitness experience for those looking for challenge and excitement.

Boot Camp

Step aerobics uses choreographed movements in patterns around a box called a step. Advance classes combine cardio strength and muscular endurance in a more complicated routine to challenge and energize you!

CrossKick Fusion

Take your workout to the next level with this high intensity class incorporating a combination of plyometrics, sports conditioning, and martial arts.

Bosu Fusion

These classes fuse a set of cardiovascular and muscular strength exercises with BOSU training applications to raise your heart rate burn calories plus resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your muscles. Program is available for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.

Cardio Barre

Work on stretching & lengthening your muscles with this combo class using the art of Ballet and the strength of Pilates.

Z-Box®

Z-Box combines segments of gym-style boxing and exciting dance to rockin’ upbeat music tracks, followed with a laser focused segment of specific muscle group toning using hand weights and by a fat busting abs segment. The Grand Finale… aka the Relaxing Finale is… Z.E.N., a fusion of both mind AND body workout. Work. Breathe. Relax.

Barre, Balls & Bodyblade

Define, sculpt and tone while improving your cardiorespiratory fitness, all in a class. This cutting edge class combines the popular ballet barre to firm your backside, Bodyblade to challenge your core while improving your shoulders and the ball for a whole lot of fun.

Barre and Stretch

Work on stretching and lengthening your muscles with this combo class using the art of Ballet and the strength of Yoga.
