Our Active Older Adult programs are designed to build not just muscles, but the whole person. Whether it’s in the pool, on a walk or at a birthday social, our programs for seniors help you enjoy your friends and stay healthy.

Active Older Adults Exercise

An exercise class that promotes increased strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Class design is specific for seniors and those who wish to ease their way into fitness.

We’ll have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights are incorporated and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Weight Training for Seniors

Strengthens muscles and increases flexibility and range of motion in a social environment.

Silver Sneakers®

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers® YogaStretch

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform postures to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
