Crosstraining classes combine cardio exercises with a series of resistance exercises. Our programs are designed to provide varied workouts that challenge you at your own fitness level.

Crosstraining – Cardio and Strength

These Crosstraining classes combine a set of cardiovascular exercises to raise your heart rate and burn calories while adding resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your muscles. For example, we will alternate cardio segments with weights, medicine and stability balls or bands. Programs are available for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.
