Our cardio and aerobic dance classes are designed to get your heart rate up to exercise levels. We provide a variety of fun classes to help you raise your energy level and get your weight within a healthy range.

Zumba®

Zumba® fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout designed to be fun and easy to do. No previous dance experience required. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba! For beginner to advanced fitness levels (ages 13 and up).

Floor Aerobics

High and low impact moves are combined in a choreographed routine that allows exercisers to choose their level of intensity. Instructors pull from many disciplines in creating movement patterns including athletics, jazz, dance, hip hop and more. For beginner to advanced fitness levels. Please bring a mat.

Step Aerobics

A fun and challenging exercise to burn fat and improve cardio-vascular conditioning. Choreographed routines are performed to music using a raised platform. Classes also include core work and resistance training. Ages 13 and up.

Aerobic Kickboxing

We’ve combined elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics for a high energy class that promises excellent physical conditioning, fat burning and toning. Unlike other types of
kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors. Designed for beginner to advanced fitness levels. Age: 13 years and up.
