When school is out, fun is in at the Y. School break camp includes all of the fun character-building activities any time school is out. The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit offers school break camps for elementary children, preschoolers and teens at most of our YMCA branches.

School Break Camp is a fun, safe place for your child to spend their week or time out of school. Campers have a chance to play games, do arts & crafts, and stay active with a variety of activities. Most week-long school break camps include a weekly field trip.

School Break Camps run during the day from 9:00 am–4:00 pm. Our Ys provide before care starting at 6 am and after care until 7 pm at no additional cost.
