The same as Zumba but with an extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define muscles using light weights. Helps you focus on specific muscle groups while enhancing your rhythm and coordination.

Zumba®Gold

Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Belly Dance

This class is a fusion of belly dance work and program specialty components that focuses on muscle isolation, strength, stamina and flexibility. Designed for beginner to advanced fitness levels.

Ballet Fit

Beginner Social Ballroom

Whether you have a partner or single, this class will help you lead, follow, and learn ballroom dance techniques in a great social environment. Level 1 and 2 are available for you to practice and learn.
