The North Oakland Family YMCA Personal Training Program offers one-on-one interactive workouts administered by our nationally certified trainers.
You will have an individually designed program including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and weight management. Our trainers will provide motivation, guidance and hands-on assistance to reach your goals.
All Personal Training workouts are set up by appointment.
We have many personal training options available. Personal Training packages are available in single, 4, 8, 16, 24*, 36* workouts.

Small Group Personal Training
Personal Training Small Group offers our members flexible one on one training in a small group setting with your friends. Groups can have a minimum of 3 workout partners (up to 8 maximum). You are able to create the workout around you’re schedule, and it’s a great value.
