Classes are available for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced. If this is the first time you have participated, we encourage you to talk with the instructor before class. This will allow for the instructor to provide modifications.
Zumba®
Zumba® fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout designed to be fun and easy to do. No previous dance experience required. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba! For beginner to advanced fitness levels.
Kickboxing
We’ve combined elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics for a high-energy class that promises excellent physical conditioning, fat burning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors. Designed for beginner to advanced fitness levels.
Advanced Step Aerobics
Step aerobics is a creative, fun, and very challenging exercise to burn fat and improve the condition of the heart and lungs. Choreographed routines are performed to music using a raised platform. Patterns of movement and directions stepping on and off the bench challenge the feet and arms. Movements are callisthenic in nature. Participants can expect to improve agility, coordination, and endurance. Classes may also include core work and resistance training. Step classes are available for beginner through advanced fitness levels.
Double Step
This class uses 2 steps (risers optional) and takes a basic step routine and works back and forth between both steps for the entire class. The choreography is not difficult and once participants get used to travelling between steps, this is a high energy, exciting class. This class is very popular and challenging.
Low Impact Floor Aerobics
Grapevine, step-tap and hustle off the calories in this one-hour class that combines cardio, toning and stretching.
