    A more gentle flow of yoga, suitable to older adults.

    The ancient Chinese martial art taught in the Yang Style is a highly effective system of exercise. Students learn the slow, gentle, continuous dance-like movements that develop strength, balance, poise and relaxation. The low impact nature of the movement makes the class especially suitable for those wishing to protect their joints.
