Our Active Older Adult programs are designed to build not just muscles, but the whole person. Whether it’s in the pool, on a walk or at a birthday social, our programs for seniors help you enjoy your friends and stay healthy.

Active Older Adults Exercise

A body functional, low impact class that promotes increased strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Class design is specific for seniors and those who wish to ease their way into fitness. Class combines exercises using bands, balls and weights.

Silver Sneakers®

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to improve strength, range of motion, and daily-living skills. You will use hand-held weights, elastic tubing handles and a ball for resistance, and a chair for seated and/or standing support.
