Lifeguard
The Macomb Family Y is looking for lifeguards that are responsible for ensuring the safety of all members and program participants within the aquatic facility by being on the guard stand or patrolling. He/she will be responsible for carrying out and enforcing aquatic policies and procedures in compliance with the statutes as described by the State of Michigan, the YMCA of the USA, Jeff Ellis and Associates and the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit. Individuals need to be at least 16 years old. One also needs to be available to work evenings and weekends. We will train but staff person must have the ability to swim 200 yards without stopping.

Front Desk Supervisor
Excellent opportunity for a team- player who, under the supervision of the Business Office Manager, will manage the welcome center making sure it is adequately staffed and schedules are well communicated. The front desk supervisor plays a vital role in communications and ensuring all staff throughout the branch is aware and informed of membership policies, updates and procedures.
