Our Active Older Adult programs are designed to build not just muscles, but the whole person. Whether it’s in the pool, on a walk or at a birthday social, our programs for seniors help you enjoy your friends and stay healthy.

Active Older Adults Exercise

An exercise class that promotes increased strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Class design is specific for seniors and those who wish to ease their way into fitness.

We’ll have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights are incorporated and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers®

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to improve strength, range of motion, and daily-living skills. You will use hand-held weights, elastic tubing handles and a ball for resistance, and a chair for seated and/or standing support.

A flexibility class, Senior Stretch focuses on spirit, mind and body. Participants will strengthen their core and improve flexibility.
