To raise funds for our Strong Kids Campaign and to support other local charity efforts, our Y holds a number of fundraising events. Our events are always fun and grow public awareness of important community problems, supportuing those in need. We are pulling together stakeholders and donors to make the community stronger. Cipriano Classic

The Cipriano Classic is a 5k Fun Run & Walk, an event to benefit the Cipriano Children’s Fund in heart and sole and the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign. The Cipriano Fund has been set up to support education and sports activities of the Cipriano children due to the devastating domestic violence incident in their Farmington Hills home in May of 2012. The event will start and end at the Farmington Family YMCA (28100 Farmington Road) on Friday, June 8 at 7p.m. Please join us at 6:30 p.m. for a brief YMCA welcome and stretches.
