These Crosstraining classes combine a set of cardiovascular exercises to raise your heart rate and burn calories while adding resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your muscles. We offer a variety of crosstraining classes to provide a fresh workout, and the exercises change often. Participants select the intensity level. Programs are available for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.
