ROCK CLIMBING

Besides increasing strength throughout your body, rock climbing helps you develop balance and coordination. With the sport of climbing, you'll improve your endurance and feel an excitement that comes with this unique kind of challenge.

Using our indoor rock climbing wall, you can get some exercise while taking on new challenges. Rock climbing is fun and safe for all ages. We provide safety equipment (a harness with safety ropes), and trained safety staff who can teach you the basics.

The climbing routes on our rock wall are set for various difficulty levels.
