Crosstraining classes combine cardio exercises with a series of resistance exercises. Our programs are designed to provide varied workouts that challenge you at your own fitness level.

Create your own schedule and try a variety of fee based specialty classes; Yoga, Kickboxing Fusion, Belly Dancing, Boot Camp, Tai Chi, Fit Start, Cardio Core & Strength, Kick & Cycle Fusion and Bosu.

Crosstraining – Cardio and Strength

These Crosstraining classes combine a set of cardiovascular exercises to raise your heart rate and burn calories while adding resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your muscles. For example, we will blend high/low aerobics with step, toning, strengthening, and stretching. We offer a variety of crosstraining classes to provide a fresh workout, and the exercises change often. Participants select the intensity level. Programs are available for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.
