YOUTH SPORTS SAMPLER

Just For Fun

Kids need opportunities to try new things, explore and test new abilities–just for fun. In a Sports Sampler, we intruduce children to a variety of sports-related activities, while encouraging healthy attitudes about play.

Parent/Child Activity (ages 2-3)

Parent and child share the fun of hoops, balls, songs, games and movement, while kids work to develop large motor skills. Great social interaction for all!

Gym Tots (ages 3-5)

Children learn about taking turns and sharing while playing high-energy games, songs, running, and more!

Sports sampler I (ages 3-4)

A first-time introduction to a variety of sports including T-ball, basketball, soccer, floor hockey and flag football.

Sports sampler II (ages 4-5)

For the child who can’t pick just one, we will cover the basics of T-ball, basketball, floor hockey, soccer and flag football. This class will also focus on actual game play as opposed to the Sports Sampler 1 class that focuses on skills. This class is for children who are already somewhat familiar with the sports listed above.
