Health & Wellness Center
The fully equipped fitness center includes Cybex circuit training machines; Troy free weights; Precor stationary and recumbent bikes, treadmills and elliptical- machines.
Aerobics Studio
The aerobics studio is where group exercise classes are held and where Personal Training sessions occasionally meet. Stored in the aerobics studio is all the equipment necessary for classes including LifeFitness and Reebok fitness bikes, weights, medicine balls, resistance bands and more.
Lap Swimming Pool
The indoor pool is 25 yards long with both ramped and stair entrances for easy access; with a zero-depth area, water features and water slide attached. Check out the current monthly schedules on our Schedules page or stop by the Welcome Center. Certified Lifeguards are always on duty.
Training Pool
The training pool is a smaller, warmer pool with jets and benches available for adult relaxation, family fun and both youth and adult programming. Check out the current monthly schedules on the Schedules page or stop by the Welcome Center. Certified Lifeguards are always on duty. A chairlift is available for anyone requiring further assistance.
Gymnasium
Located on the lower level, the gymnasium is almost always active with adult sports in the mornings and evenings and youth programs throughout the day. Sporting equipment is available during open gym per member request. Soft soled shoes only please. Check out the current schedule on the Programs page or stop by the Welcome Center.
Child Watch Center
Care is provided for children with memberships between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years while parents are exercising in the facility. There is a 2 hour limit per child. The staff is certified and maintains a low child to adult ratio. Parents must remain in the Y at all times. Free to members. See Child Watch for more information.
Kids Club
Kids Club provides activities for children in the Child Watch Center aged 6-12. Staff will take the children to either the pool or gym. See Child Watch for more details.
Locker Rooms
In addition to men’s and women’s locker rooms, a family locker room is available so parents and guardians can assist young children of the opposite gender. Members provide their own locks and towels.
Elevator
We are equipped with an elevator for persons unable to use the stairs to access the locker rooms, gymnasium, and pool entrance and observation areas.
Outdoor Fields
A variety of sports and events take place on the grassy outdoor surface playing fields. Nearby community fields are also utilized.
Summer Camp
A licensed summer camp is available on site for kids aged 3-5 and 6+. Outdoor camp amenities include archery range, GaGa pit, picnic and pavilion area, canoes and much more.
