Our Active Older Adult programs are designed to build not just muscles, but the whole person. Whether it’s in the pool, on a walk or at a birthday social, our programs for seniors help you enjoy your friends and stay healthy.

Low Impact Aerobics

An exercise class that promotes increased strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Class design is specific for seniors and those who wish to ease their way into fitness.

Silver Sneakers®

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to improve strength, range of motion, and daily-living skills. You will use hand-held weights, elastic tubing handles and a ball for resistance, and a chair for seated and/or standing support.

Zumba Gold®

Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly
schedule, and Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that is friendly and fun.
