Let's Get Moving!

Our Kids Club classes are a great way for kids to exercise and learn a variety of new moves to stay active.

Kids Fit

This free class is taught by Miss Samantha and will encompass a variety of fitness elements, including yoga, cross training, and cardio. Taught in conjunction with the evening Kids Club, parents are welcome to attend or drop their child off with the group in the second floor lobby.

Kids Hustle

Your child will get a workout in during this free class, while also learning about rhythm, coordination, and self-confidence. Taught in conjunction with the evening Kids Club, parents are welcome to attend or drop their child off with the group in the second floor lobby.
