PERSONAL TRAINING

We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. Our Y offers personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier.

GET STARTED

All our trainers are nationally certified. They will tailor a lifestyle program to YOUR needs through individual one-on-one sessions or small group sessions with family, friends or fellow members of 4 – 8 participants. All sessions will provide support, fun and intrigue.

To ask about personal training or to make an appointment with a personal trainer, please call 313-309-9622 Ext 3086 or contact us online.

But maybe the best way to connect with a personal trainer is to simply seek one out while you’re at our Y, so you can talk in person. This On Duty Schedule should help.
