The YMCA teaches martial arts techniques in a way that builds character, strength and self-confidence.

Tai Chi

This ancient Chinese martial art taught in the Yang Style is a highly effective system of exercise. Students learn the slow, gentle, continuous dance-like movements that develop strength, balance, poise and relaxation. The low impact nature of the movement makes the class especially suitable for those wishing to protect their joints.

Classes are for ages 16 and up.
