This class is designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement using handheld weights, resistance bands and balls.

Boot Camp (Sarah J)

This 75 minute workout adds challenge and variety to your fitness routine. Complete a full body workout that alternates cardio and stregnth intervals using weights and other small apparatus. Registration Fee required.
