Small group training offers the flexibility and challenge of training with the camaraderie of a small group ranging from 4 to 8 participants. Several specialized disciplines are available, or a trainer can design a program specific to the goals, interests and schedules or you and your partners.

Small group training offers the flexibility and challenge of one-on-one training with the camaraderie of a group. Most programs have a set focus that can be tailored to all fitness
levels. Our trainers can also design a program specific to the goals, interests and schedules of your group.
ClubFit combines the ancient art of club swinging, body-weight flow & joint mobility exercises into a complete strength & fitness system. ClubFit runs in a small group format
and is taught in a progressive manner so each individual may progress at their own pace.
