Deep Water Fitness
A zero impact aerobics class that uses buoyancy belts in the deep end of the pool. This class will increase muscle tone and cardiovascular strength. Swimming skills are not required.
Shallow Water Fitness
This low impact, self regulating class is set in the shallow end of the pool with some deep water exercises.
Water Walking
Enjoy an energetic, zero-impact workout with the guidance of a YMCA instructor and the company of your fellow Y members.
Water Pilates
This workout is designed to utilize water to develop and tone muscles, strengthen and shape core muscles, and improve posture, stamina and flexibility.
Aqua Burn
Blast calories and burn fat in this all cardio deep water workout. This class is high intensity so previous experience is recommended.
Arthritis Aqua Program
Class emphasizes gentle movement designed to promote joint flexibility and relax muscles.
