ADULT WATER FITNESS

The pool is great for exercise because the water offers resistance while reducing the impact of land-based exercises. Water fitness classes are a fun way to exercise, and the low-impact workout builds strength and flexibility for people of all ages.

Deep Water Fitness

A zero impact aerobics class that uses buoyancy belts in the deep end of the pool. This class will increase muscle tone and cardiovascular strength. Swimming skills are not required.

This low impact, self regulating class is set in the shallow end of the pool with some deep water exercises.
